Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a different item than what you ordered.
Product arrived physically broken or cracked.
The product is not functioning properly out of the box.
Missing accessories or parts inside the box.
To approve a return request, the following are mandatory:
The video must clearly show the parcel, sealing, and the complete product unboxing.
Without a valid unboxing video, returns cannot be accepted.
No scratches, damage, stickers removed, or signs of usage.
Box, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and all items must be intact.
Return request must be raised within:
⏳ 48 hours of delivery
Return requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
The following items cannot be returned:
CCTV cameras installed or physically mounted
Printers once cartridges are installed
Opened ink/toner cartridges
Software products or digital items
Physical damage caused by customer
Products without original packaging or accessories
“Special Order” or customer-specific orders
Items purchased during clearance sale or discounted offers
If you are unsure, contact us first before opening the product.
If your return request is approved:
We will arrange for a replacement of the product.
Replacement will be the same model; no model/color change.
If the same product is out of stock, you may choose:
Refund, or
Exchange with another product of similar value.
Replacement processing time: 4–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
Refunds are issued only if:
Replacement is not available, OR
The return request is approved and product is received in original condition.
Online payments → Refunded to the same payment method
UPI, Wallets → Refunded to the same account
COD orders → Refunded to bank account (details required)
5–10 working days after approval.
You may cancel the order without any charge.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If you refuse delivery, shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
If return is approved:
In case of wrong/damaged/defective product → Bachhat Online will arrange pickup.
In other cases → Customer may need to send the product back using a reliable courier.
We are not responsible for products lost in transit by the customer.
If your product has a manufacturer warranty:
Warranty will be honored by the authorized service center.
For issues after usage, kindly contact the brand service center directly.
We can assist with warranty details if needed.
Physical damage, water damage, and mishandling are not covered under warranty.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request.
Misuse or fraudulent return claims may result in account suspension.
Refunds are issued only after full inspection of the returned product.
Do not ship the product to us unless we approve the return — it will not be accepted.
