Processing includes quality checks, packing, and dispatching.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If there is a delay due to high volume or stock issues, we will contact you by call/WhatsApp/email.

Most towns and PIN codes covered by courier partners
If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
We ship orders through trusted partners such as:

The partner is automatically selected based on your PIN code and service availability.
Typical delivery times:
Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 working days
Remote Areas / Villages: 6–10 working days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier workload, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen delays.
Shipping charges may vary depending on:

Applicable charges (if any) will be visible at checkout before you complete the order.
Once your order is shipped:
You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.
You can check real-time delivery status using the tracking link.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Incorrect address or phone number
Customer unavailable to receive
Local courier office issues
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Festivals or public holidays
If a package is returned to us due to customer unavailability or wrong address, reshipping charges may apply.
If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:
Ask the delivery agent to mark it as “Return to Sender”.
If the parcel has already been accepted:
Take clear photos and videos
Provide an unboxing video (mandatory)
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
We will assist you as per our Refund & Return Policy.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately due to weight, availability, or warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment when applicable.
Address change is possible only before dispatch.
After the order is shipped, address change depends on courier rules and may not be guaranteed.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.
